Elizabeth Nelson M.D.
Board-Certified Family Physician
Dr. Elizabeth Nelson is a board-certified family physician with over a decade of experience serving patients in Edmond, Oklahoma — the very community where she grew up. She completed her undergraduate studies at Baylor University, earned her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and completed her residency at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
Dr. Nelson is known for her thorough, evidence-based approach and her passion for helping patients take control of their health. She believes deeply in the value of time and attention — which is why she chose the concierge model: to build long-term, meaningful relationships with her patients.
Patients appreciate her thoughtful explanations, calm demeanor, and ability to make even complex health topics feel manageable.
Outside the office, Dr. Nelson enjoys running, playing tennis, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children. You’ll often find her on the sidelines cheering at her kids’ games or involved in local community events.
Amelia Moncho P.A.
Board-Certified Physician Associate
Amelia Moncho is a board-certified Physician Associate with over 20 years of experience in family medicine. She completed her medical training at Yale University School of Medicine, where she built a strong clinical foundation that continues to guide her thoughtful, patient-centered approach today.
Known for her compassionate nature and attentive listening, Amelia takes the time to truly understand each patient’s concerns, goals, and overall health story. She believes that feeling heard is a critical part of healing, and she is committed to creating a space where patients feel comfortable, respected, and supported.
Throughout her career, Amelia has developed extensive experience in diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions. She provides comprehensive care for a wide range of health concerns, while also emphasizing prevention and long-term wellness.
Her clinical interests include preventive cardiology, menopause and osteoporosis management (currently in process of becoming board certified by the Menopause Society), weight and metabolic health, men's hormone optimization, and cancer risk assessment. She especially enjoys helping patients navigate complex or multifactorial health issues with clarity, collaboration, and confidence.
Amelia chose concierge medicine to build meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients and to provide highly personalized, attentive care. She believes that unhurried visits and open communication allow her to better listen, educate, and partner with patients in making informed decisions about their health. Her goal is to help each patient feel empowered while supporting both longevity and quality of life
Outside the office, Amelia enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her children and family.
